Udayan Kidz Hosts “Kanha Ki Leela 2026”: A Janmashtami Talent Contest for Little Stars

The much-awaited Kanha Ki Leela 2026 contest is officially underway, hosted by Udayan Kidz — and it’s bigger, brighter, and more joyful than ever!

If you have a little one between the ages of 2 and 8 who loves to dance, sing, narrate stories, or simply express themselves with infectious energy, then this is the perfect platform to let their talent shine this Janmashtami season.

What Is Kanha Ki Leela 2026?

To begin with, Kanha Ki Leela 2026 is a Janmashtami Talent and Expression Contest organized by Udayan Kidz. It invites children to celebrate the spirit of Krishna Janmashtami through dance, shlokas, storytelling, role-play, bhajans, Krishna Leela performances, Radha or Krishna presentations, facial expressions, and any other age-appropriate creative performance.

Moreover, the contest is open to every little star — Udayan Kidz students, Udayan Group school students, siblings, friends, family, and even children not currently associated with Udayan. The only eligibility criterion is age: 2 to 8 years.

How to Participate in Kanha Ki Leela 2026 – 4 Easy Steps

Step 1 — Register for the Contest

First of all, parents and guardians must complete the official registration form before uploading the video. Because registration is mandatory, the entry will not be considered valid without it.

Step 2 — Record Your Child’s Video

Next, create a short Janmashtami performance video featuring your child. The minimum duration is 15 seconds, and vertical or mobile-friendly videos work best.

Your little star can present:

• Dance

• Shloka

• Storytelling

• Role-play

• Krishna Leela

• Bhajan

• Expressions

• Radha or Krishna presentation

• Any other age-appropriate Janmashtami performance

Step 3 — Upload Your Video

After that, return to the official Udayan Kidz Facebook contest post and upload your child’s participation video under that post. Along with the video, mention:

• Child’s First Name

• Age

• City or Location

• #UdayanKidzKanhaKiLeela2026

Important: Please do not publicly mention your mobile number, home address, or other personal information. We already collect the required parent or guardian details through the registration form.

Step 4 — Get Your Little Star Supported

Once we verify your entry, invite family, friends, and community members to visit the official Facebook contest post and support your child through genuine reactions and comments.

The 500 Engagement Point Challenge

To enter the Winner Eligibility Zone, a participant must achieve at least 500 valid engagement points:

• 1 valid Facebook Reaction = 1 Point

• 1 valid unique Comment = 2 Points

For example: 350 Reactions (350 points) plus 75 Valid Unique Comments (150 points) equals 500 Engagement Points.

However, reaching 500 points does not automatically make a participant the winner — it only makes the entry eligible for final evaluation.

How Winners Are Selected in Kanha Ki Leela 2026

Kanha Ki Leela 2026 is not just a popularity contest. Instead, winners are chosen based on a balanced evaluation system:

Jury Evaluation — 70 Marks

• Expression and Confidence — 20 Marks

• Creativity and Originality — 20 Marks

• Connection with Janmashtami or Krishna Theme — 15 Marks

• Performance or Storytelling — 10 Marks

• Overall Presentation — 5 Marks

Facebook Engagement — 30 Marks

Among qualifying participants, the entry with the highest valid engagement receives the maximum engagement score, while we score other qualifying entries proportionately.

Total: 100 Marks — because both your child’s talent and genuine community support matter!

Age-Appropriate Judging Categories

Because children aged 2 to 4 and 5 to 8 have different performance abilities, we judge them fairly within two broad age groups:

• 2 to 4 Years

• 5 to 8 Years

As a result, a younger child’s natural expression will not be compared unfairly with the performance ability of an older child.

Engagement Rules: Fair Play First

To keep the contest transparent:

• Only genuine Facebook engagement counts

• Only the first valid comment from one account earns points

• Duplicate comments, spam, fake accounts, purchased likes, bots, or artificial manipulation are strictly prohibited

• Shares do not earn direct points — but they help more people discover and support entries

Udayan Kidz reserves the right to review and exclude suspicious engagement before final scoring.

Instagram Participation and Amplification

Facebook is the official scoring platform, but we will use Instagram to celebrate and amplify the contest. Therefore, parents are encouraged to follow Udayan Kidz on Instagram, tag them in Stories or Reels, and use the official hashtag #UdayanKidzKanhaKiLeela2026.

We may reshare selected Stories and Reels through Udayan Kidz social channels. Note: Instagram likes, comments, views, and shares will not count toward the official score.

Who Can Participate in Kanha Ki Leela 2026?

EVERY LITTLE STAR IS WELCOME.

The contest is open to:

• Udayan Kidz students

• Students of Udayan Group schools

• Siblings

• Friends and family

• Children who are not currently associated with Udayan

Age Eligibility: 2 to 8 Years

Our objective is to celebrate Janmashtami with children and families from the wider community.

Final award categories may be announced depending on the number and quality of valid entries.

Important Dates for Kanha Ki Leela 2026

Official Terms and Conditions

1. The participating child must be between 2 and 8 years of age.

2. The child’s parent or legal guardian must complete the official registration form before uploading the participation video.

3. One child should submit one primary contest entry, unless the organising team permits otherwise.

4. The video must be relevant to Janmashtami, Krishna, Radha, or associated talent and expression themes.

5. The performance and content must be appropriate for children and suitable for a family audience.

6. The submitted video should primarily feature the participating child.

7. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and consent to submit the child’s video.

8. By submitting the form and participating, the parent or guardian permits Udayan Kidz or Udayan Group to feature, repost, or use the submitted contest content for contest communication, social-media coverage, participant recognition, Spotlight posts, and winner announcements, subject to the consent provided in the registration form.

9. Udayan Kidz may reject any entry that is incomplete, duplicated, inappropriate, unrelated to the contest, or submitted without valid registration.

10. Only engagement received within the officially declared competition period will be considered.

11. Engagement after the final cut-off will not influence the final result.

12. Artificial manipulation of reactions or comments may result in removal of invalid engagement and, in serious cases, disqualification.

13. Expensive costumes, professional cameras, elaborate sets, or costly decoration will not automatically provide any judging advantage.

14. We will evaluate children primarily on expression, creativity, theme, performance, and overall presentation in an age-appropriate manner.

15. Achieving 500 Engagement Points provides eligibility for final evaluation; it does not guarantee winning or ranking.

16. Udayan Kidz reserves the right to verify all engagement before announcing final results.

17. The decision of the appointed jury and organising team regarding eligibility, validation, scoring, and winners will be final.

18. The organisers may introduce additional recognition categories depending on participation and quality of entries.

19. Udayan Kidz may repost selected entries, milestones, and participant Stories during the Spotlight Phase.

20. Facebook and Instagram are communication and participation platforms. Udayan Kidz organizes this contest, and Facebook or Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer it.
