Valentine’s Day , also called Saint Valentine’s Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine , is celebrated annually on February 14 . It is originated as a Christian feast day , honoring a martyr named Valentine .
On 14 February Tuesday UDAYANKIDZ Sector 13 held its Valentine’s Day celebration . All children were invited to come and dress up in Red or Party attire to celebrate this special day .
Valentine’s Day has traditionally focused on romantic love . But it also provides parents with a great opportunity to teach children to appreciate all kinds of relationships . The benefits of healthy interpersonal relationships are far too , many to list here , and have impacts on both mental and physical wellbeing .
Valentine’s Day can be an opportunity for parents to encourage their children to practice love that isn’t Romantic , but is essential . Establish a tradition of volunteering at a shelter , giving to a charity , visiting retired loved ones and friends or performing an act of kindness for a fellow classmate .
We also had one activity which was tearing and pasting in a Rose and gave Takeaways to the kids which they would give to their parents .
we ended this celebration giving takeaways for parents and chocolates for children.
