Parent Teacher Meeting at Udayan Kidz Pre School Sector 13 Dwarka, New Delhi
As a best kindergarten school, we recently held a Parent Teacher Meeting (PTM) and it was a great success. We believe that communication and collaboration between parents and teachers are vital to the success of our students, and this event was a great opportunity for us to connect with our parents and share important information about their child’s progress.
The PTM was held in the school premises, and all the teachers were present to meet and greet the parents. We had organized the event in such a way that parents could meet with their child’s teacher individually to discuss their child’s progress, strengths, weaknesses, and any concerns they may have. The teachers had prepared detailed reports about each student, which they shared with the parents during the meeting.
The PTM was an excellent opportunity for parents to learn about their child’s academic and social progress. The teachers shared information about their child’s academic performance, including their strengths and weaknesses, and how they could support their child at home. They also discussed their child’s social and emotional development, behavior, and any other concerns that the parents may have had.
Apart from discussing the child’s progress, the teachers also shared their teaching methodologies and strategies that they used in the classroom to support the students’ learning. This helped parents to understand the teaching style and approach of their child’s teacher and how they could help their child at home.
The parents were appreciative of the teachers’ efforts in organizing the PTM and
providing detailed feedback about their child’s progress. They were also pleased to learn about the school’s vision, mission, and policies. They were happy to know that their child was in safe hands and receiving the best education and care possible.
